Getting an offer

After receiving your request, we prepare an offer that clearly defines the terms of sale. In order to start the implementation process, it is necessary to sign the drafts/offers and make an advance payment. The date of this signature and payment of the advance determines the beginning of the defined terms.

As far as tax benefits are concerned, goods paid from abroad are exempt from taxes and duties in the country of manufacture, while in the importer’s country import clearance is paid at the tax rate of the importer’s country.

Measurements at the facility abroad

Measuring openings for carpentry on foreign buildings is currently not feasible. If you deliver the measurements yourself, your signature on the prepared offer guarantees the accuracy of the measurements, and complaints are not taken into account.

Deadlines for production and preparation of goods for transport

Deadlines for standard positions are about 4 weeks, while for special constructions, colors, etc., deadlines are defined separately for each job, depending on the availability of materials and production capacity at a given time.

Transport of goods

Tehno-al Marinković does not transport goods with its own vehicles, but we cooperate with transport partners. Also, there is an option to organize your own transport. In both cases, Tehno-al Marinković does not assume responsibility for possible damage during transport. By photographing the goods during loading, we provide data on the condition before shipping, but it is recommended that the customer organizes a control of the goods before loading to confirm safety.

We can pack the goods in two ways – each element specially protected with stretch film and cardboard, or packing on specialized pallets for transport produced by Tehno-al Marinković. We recommend packing on pallets as the safest way to avoid possible damage during transport.

Installation of joinery

Assembly abroad, unfortunately, is currently not possible because we are not registered for that activity in some EU countries. However, if you organize the installation yourself, we will provide you with support and information that may be helpful.
